The atmosphere is as inviting as the delicious offerings. You'll find everything from traditional New Haven-style thin crust to unique toppings like the popular baked potato pizza, complete with cheddar, mozzarella, and bacon crumbles. As customer Whitney Sabins notes, the Grandma slices are nothing short of delightful, alongside the must-try cinnamon knots that definitely steal the show.

Notably, guests rave about the atmosphere, as seen in customer reviews. EIGHT MASTER ROBOTS highlighted the restaurant’s sparkling cleanliness and the nostalgic charm brought in by children's drawings adorning the walls, creating a warm and welcoming vibe reminiscent of simpler times.

Great atmosphere. The Grandma slices are delicious, as well as the Chicken rolls. The cinnamon knots are not to be missed- so good!

Very accommodating! Owner was an absolute peach! Food was delicious! Foxon park soda! Incredibly clean and the childrens drawings on the wall made it feel like I was a kid again! 10/10 will be back again!

I’ve been in mourning ever since Foxy Pizza closed. I tried this place because I was missing the pizza we had in Italy. Pizza was ready in the promised 20 minutes. Pizza was delicious but the thin crust took some getting used to. I’ll toast it up in the air fryer.

Friendly staff. Was there to grab a quick slice. By far one of the best Sicilian slices I've had in a long time. Absolutely will be back to try different slices.

They were very friendly and welcoming, and the pizza we ordered was excellent. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients—the crust held up well and didn’t droop. Definitely paying them a visit again

Fantastic new spot in town. We ordered the garlic knots, a neapolitan style (they have 3 styles to choose from) pepperoni pizza and a slice of their baked potato pizza. They do a great Neapolitan which happens to be our favorite style. Slices are huge and flavorful and all of the food came out super fast which is important when dining with kids. Our kids even devoured everything we ordered which is unheard of! Dining room and kitchen were very clean, and the staff were helpful when recommending their favorites. We will definitely be back!

Thank you Pizza Gods for placing a New Haven-style pizza place close to Hartford!! Sliceworks takes the thin crust, chewy style pizza to another level. Beyond the food and atmosphere the mission behind Sliceworks is awesome. I pulled this from their website: the mission is to have an inclusive workplace where pizza creates possibilities for individuals with disabilities. How awesome is this?!?! Experience: We came in for a quick family dinner and walked into a clean and cheerful restaurant with plenty of seating. We checked out the extensive menu and it was easy to satisfy everyone’s cravings (2 adults and three kids ages 8-12) by grabbing some individual slices and ordering a combo whole pie as well. We loved seeing the slices and watching the pizzas being made right in front of us. There is a place to eat outside as well, cute little patio with tables and chairs- great for warm nights or to get sun on your lunch break! We decided to dine in and waited for our order. Kids grabbed Snapple and Foxon Park Soda from the cooler and then we were told be could go next door to the package store because the restaurant is BYOB! I love this and we will remember this next time. Food: pizza arrived and it smaller so good!! We ordered a bunch of different kinds of pizza and they were all amazing. Big Mac pizza was loaded and totally tasted like a Big Mac. White pizza with broccoli was delish- broccoli was perfectly cooked. My son got Baked potato Bacon and that was filling! A lot of toppings but wasn’t soggy or mushy (which has happened with other potato pizza). BBQ chicken pizza was a little zesty- in a good way. My youngest loved the plain cheese and I had my go-to: Margarita which was perfectly blended and fresh. We ended up taking a half cheese/half roni to go just because! It was all so good!! Next time I will try the different salads and we have to try the garlic knots because the table next to us was talking about how great they were.Sid I mention the desserts? We were too full but next time Service: food came out quickly, everyone was pleasant and responsive. I appreciate the friendliness and the genuine happiness shown that we were there. So this is now going to be our place. Whenever driving through Glastonbury for lunch really quick or to stop for dinner, we will go here. I also saw that they cater so I’m thinking about reaching out the next time I need to order lunch for my staff. Sliceworks is amazing and I can’t wait to go back again!

Want pizza, but not an entire pie? SliceWorks has you covered! Buy slices of a dozen unique specialty pies including my favorite, baked potato (topped with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses and bacon crumbles).
